Mission:

Further establish Activision's commitment to employee well-being and the appreciation of one's whole self through Game ON, a global internal engagement and communications program designed to build connectivity, community, and support everyone’s well-being across a workforce of 7,000 people.

Programming was designed to reach employees in a remote working environment and shifted to include hybrid opportunities as Activision transitions back to an office.  Programming aligns with one or more of the five Activision values.

Strategy:

Leverage shared experiences to build emotional connections while further telling Activision’s story. deliver safe, responsible, and engaging programming to build brand trust & advocacy.

Outcome:

Encourage employee engagement through a supportive internal culture, leading to higher satisfaction, loyalty, and retention of top talent.
